Realistic Family Scenes

Thank you for all the kind comments about our depiction of the DuBois Family. I have always felt very strongly that the only way to make this fantastic premise in which a woman can see the dead, sense the future and sometimes read minds believable... was to surround her with as normal, at times mundane, domestic life as possible. It was in the early days of the show a point of some contention because there wasn't much else like it on television. It has since become the hallmark of the show and I take great pride in that. I think it's a tribute to the actors, and I include our extraordinary child actors in this, that people sense such a large degree of realism in the family scenes.

oh i love all the characters and actors that play them. i love the family too, they are like glue, you can pull them apart, but theyl just stick together again !

Thank YOU for a wonderful show!

Thank YOU for a wonderful show!

Ghost whisper really has nthing on you guys.

I think the middle child, Bridgette is more involved than the others, she really is a great little actress, how old is she??? and how did she feel about the dream sequence tonight, or does she realize??

Yeah, but . . . even though I love the chemistry between Allison and her husband, there is some heat between her and Scanlon. Is that intentional?

The family scenes and overall range of emotions is wonderful. It puts us into the live of Alison. So believeable!

I am so glad that Medium is finally back on. I have six children so rarely get to watch tv. This is THE ONE show that the children let me watch. Keep up the wonderful work. We all Love the DuBois family. Thanks again.

This is definitely one of the strongest attributes of the series - in fact I read a complimentary review singling out Medium as practically the only network show where, despite the supernatural premise, one can see normal family life and a realistic but stable marriage. I think it's a great accopmlishment since most series prefer "rollercoaster" relationships with revolving-door partners, thinking that it makes for better drama - which is definitely NOT always the case.

But why is her husband so unsupportive of her?

They all have great chemistry together and they all look so much alike! It's amazing. Both Bridgette and Ariel act totally like my two girls!

I appreciate the family scenes, how they seem typical of real life. I especially enjoyed the episode tonight and how it incorporated all the characters and a small piece of their personal life among there crazy work duties/schedules...thanks for a great show that keeps us on our toes...keep me guessing PLEASE.

I am tired of seeing her husband taken for granted,That he'll just take of the girls all the time
