Is Shaving Misbehaving?

At Grist.org, we've spent 8 years answering questions about green issues, from the massive to the minuscule. It's the minuscule ones that seem to keep people up at night, and this is one of our all-time favorites: Is it OK to shave with a disposable razor?
Americans purchase 2 billion disposable razors each year, and you know what happens to disposable razors. If you're brave, you could go for a straight razor, or stop shaving entirely.
Feeling somewhat less brave? A razor with disposable blades is better than one that's entirely chuckable. And by the way, we beg ye: don't run the water while you de-hair. It's just a waste.

Al brands of razors should act properly and be more eco-frendly. I use 1 razor with disposable blades, last longer, less expensive at the end of the month and shaves much better!!!

Why not use a battery operated shaver with rechargeable batteries? Not everyone has the luxury of letting his beard grow or likes the feel of a woman's hairy legs.
