 It would seem that my charmingly narcoleptic companion has arisen from her nap. Morgane, I was just about to explain to any curious readers that our wonderful, generous, tall and delicious-smelling two-legged Daddy…

Agreed, Morgane. Our Daddy is indeed the bestest of all the two-leggers. He brings the tastiest treats, administers the most satisfying head-scratches, and, might I add, his laundry hamper smells divine. Anyhow, Daddy has outfitted his computer with the very latest BarcLon technology, which translates canine yelps and tail thumps into American Two-Legger talk, and the latest release allows one-woof publishing to a blog on the interweb. Ingenious, no?
Heavens! Whatever will those clever humans think up next? We can only hope that they won't be allowing those…you know…fluffy-tailed meow-ers to write as well.

I left lots and lots of hair on Daddy's pillow so he could come home and know that I spent all gosh-darned day sniffing his smell and thinking about how much I love him!
Morgane, that was most thoughtful of you. I'm certain he'll appreciate it, and run around yelling and fussing with joy like he always does when we leave him presents. New friends - I bet if you have some doggies at your house, they love you enough to do the same things for you. And fellow canines, I can only hope that you're lucky enough to have a two-legger who is as nice and smart and thoughtful and kind and brave and nice (did I say nice, already?) as our Daddy.
