This may be a case of “someone has too much time on his hands” but for some reason, I can’t stop watching Brent Simon’s “The Space Camp Song.” It’s got keyboards, it’s got singing, it’s got sing-along captions and hey...it’s even got some Space Camp special effects. What more could you possibly ask for? But don’t take my word for it...Jon and Nebba from the comments totally love this guy too!

Speaking of the comments, I noticed a few people were wondering about international submissions. While yes, it’s true that non-US citizens are not eligible to win the cash prizes, we totally encourage you guys to submit your videos. We want to see what’s going on around this crazy planet of ours! Besides, you know you’ve always wanted to be one of those people who claims, “I’m not in it for the money...I do it because it’s my passion.”

Anyway, I just wanted to let you all know that I’m having a great time watching these videos, and I’m looking forward to seeing lots more. So you know what they say...grab your video camera and Just Shoot It!!

Ok first off I really liked this video it is funny and awesome.

Secondly I just want to complain about this site. I know it is in its beta stages and that is ok, but they have had more than enough time to put up more videos and have people be mroe active with this thing. It feels like carson just comes on going oh look a video I will post a blog. I also feel like there is only 1 person running this site. I doubt only I think 20 videos have been submitted. I submitted work and it still has not been put up. Also it says mpeg-1 files so when I try to upload my mpeg-1 file it says we do not accept this file format. I am so confused at this site. It seems to be either going nowhere or just downhill already. I think it is an awesome idea, but just has nothing to back it up. like a staff for one. if there is a staff then you guys really need to start working. I have not seen much of a change in since the site started. I still see mistakes like challenge two when you click it it says the deadline is the 21st of sept while on the challenge select it says the 28th. I think you released this site a little to early. I will still be counting on you to make this site be awesome so you didn't lose me, but please I need to know that there is some effort going into this.

I agree with the previous poster that this site needs lots of work. Is it even legit? It does seem very amateur and buggy for an NBC site.

The top rate and most watched links on the site don't work. Except one time I actually had "most watched" work and it was just three videos. The same three videos every time.

And anyone can rate/comment videos as many times as they wish. Who won $1,000 last week? This week?

Also, the Terms of Use say that you can make stuff up about the people who submit stuff and write fictional biographies. And that the people who submit stuff lose all their rights to the video for life? Is that true?
