Artest was taken at No. 31 and 54 in the mock drafts I've done. Thirty one is too early, while the 50s are too late. I'm thinking he should be targeted around the mid-40s and have him ranked around No. 50. He's a big question mark, as usual, but even moreso than normal because he'll be fighting T-Mac, Yao, Scola and Rafer for shots. Plus, as you know, he's always a head case.

I've got Iverson ranked around No. 20, despite the fact he finished last season with Top 10 value. I sense an implosion coming in Denver this season and Iverson may run out of motivation. He's also running on old legs and it's going to have to catch up to him at some point. If you disagree with me, I certainly see the argument being made to use a Top 12 pick on him. I'd just rather invest in a younger player that early. The unresolved contract and a lack of D in Denver is going to be interesting to watch. If Iverson was ever primed for a dropoff, it's this season. We'll see.
