New Meaning to the Term 'Butt-muncher'

Shaq was trying to channel Biggie Smalls in his recent rap attack on Kobe, but he probably ended up being closer to what Beavis and Butthead might have said.

Celtics Win 17th Championship in Blowout

I feel like I need to write something about the Celtics easy romp over the Lakers for the franchise's 17th World Championship, and first since 1985-86, so here goes.

Father's Day A Good One - Thanks, Tiger

I sat and watched Tiger Woods at the U.S. Open straight through from 4 until 9 p.m. on Father's Day, and then backed that up with Game 5 of the Celtics - Lakers.

Dwight - And I Don't Mean Schrute

The Top 24 list I've currently got posted doesn't include Dwight Howard. That's creating some controversy, with some folks firmly behind me and some thinking I'm completely nuts. I don't, but we'll soon find out if the Celtics are finally going to get an opponent worthy of pulling them back to that place they were when they were blistering teams without a full effort in the regular season. My prediction is Lakers in 6, but don't forget that the Celtics have the home court in this one. I really don't have a preference either way at this point. The Celtics annoyed me in the playoffs as I watched KG pass up wide open five-footers and Ray Allen shoot like a rookie deer in headlights, while there's always Kobe's past to keep many of us from making a full emotional investment in the Lakers. I would just like to see some great games, a great series and a couple fouls like this one.
