The cannonballs continue to fly back and forth from Castle Trump to Casa de "View" as the Donald-Rosie feud continues to drag out.

When today's latest grumblings hit the air, I had only one response -- Really?

Do we really need more of this absurd back-and-forth between two celebrities who are doing nothing more than clamoring for more attention?And now, even good ol' Baba Wawa has gotten involved, calling The Donald "pathetic" on Wednesday's "View."

Guess what else is pathetic? This saga.

For the record, I'm not a Rosie fan. Or a "View" fan. Or a Trump fan. I will admit I'm a newfound "Apprentice" fan and I can sum up my interest in six little letters: I-V-A-N-K-A.

And while I may find this made-for-TV feud nauseating, I can't help but think fans of either side feel the same way. At first, it was interesting - maybe even entertaining. But as we move into Chapter 442 of this seemingly never-ending battle, I beg the participants to find something else to spend their time on.

How 'bout a hobby? Anyone?

It reminds me of listening to school children bicker back and forth, with neither one willing to defer on having the satisfaction of the last word.

Enough is enough. I think Donald and Rosie both need a timeout.
